The year has just begun, 2019 has kicked in and now after the new year Frenzy we all have settled in using the new year ‘2019’ everywhere.  While this year unfolds, we see some changes in many mundane every day things around us, be it colours, fabrics, new menu at our favourite eateries, a new trend is visible even in our Bra & Panty world as well. Recommended screening guidelines: Yearly mammograms are recommended starting at age 40 and continuing for as long as a woman is in good health. Clinical breast exam about every 3 years for women in their twenties and thirties and every year for women aged 40 and above. Monthly breast self-exam is an option for women starting in their twenties.          A bright new year and new resolutions! Speaking about resolutions how did your last year’s go?
